Here at TXC, we stand behind our products 100%, and customer service is our top priority.

Build your Own Holster Returns. **TXC Holsters "Build Your Own" holsters are custom made to your exact specifications and are not returnable.** Please be sure your selections are correct before placing your order. Orders may be canceled / changed if we receive your request in writing, via email, within 48 hours of placing your order. Please include your name, address and phone number, along with your order number and reason for cancelation / changes . Requests should be emailed to: customerservice@txcholsters.com We will not accept cancellations or changes for "Build Your Own" holsters after the 48 hour grace period. 

Quick Ship Holster Returns. TXC Holsters will honor returns of Quick Ship holsters (within a 30-day window from delivery) from customers who have purchased directly from TXC Holsters, but only when combined with proof of purchase and after receiving authorization from a customer service team member. Items purchased from TXC Holsters may only be returned by the original customer or direct gift recipient. TXC Holsters reserves the right to review the returned items (i.e., via pictures) before beginning the return process of those items. In the event that the order was fulfilled as placed, the customer is responsible for shipping the items back to TXC Holsters. Original shipping charges will NOT be refunded under any circumstances. Gear that has been used, manipulated, is dirty or missing parts may NOT be accepted for returns or exchange and will be returned to the customer promptly, only if the customer pays for return shipping.

We expect you to use your holster every day as hard as we do. If your holster breaks, shoot us an email and we'll get you started with the RMA process for a replacement unit. Our holsters are CAD designed and CNC cut for OEM weapon specs, so in the even that aftermarket components aren't cross-compatible please reach out and let us troubleshoot with you. If a modification needs to be made, let us advise/do it, please DO NOT DO IT YOURSELF, this will void the warranty. 

**Overstock holsters and apparel are not included in our return policy and will not be accepted. In addition we do not accept returns on VERTX bags if they have been opened and used. We also do not accept returns of individual components and hardware (clips, washers, screws, steady flex kits, helix kits, etc.)*Tips/Donations are non-refundable.
